Our Guarantee
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-order basis. The customer is telephoned with the shipping charges which are added to the total order. Please make note of the total shipping charges associated with each order.

Please note that due to the nature of weight and size of the concrete statues offered by SVJ Creative Designs, shipping prices contained within the website software may not reflect the accurate shipping. Before ordering something be sure to contact SVJ Creative Designs directly as some items may need to ship via freight company rather than UPS or postal service. If you place an order online, just note that you may be contacted via phone or email for additional shipping charges. At that time you have the right to continue or decline the order.

FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Include street, apartment, or suite number. Countries outside of The United States require additional shipping costs.

You may phone your order if you prefer not to order online. All prices at SVJ Creative Designs are quoted in U.S dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds.

Payment
For Internet or telephone orders, we accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
